I am a experienced massage therapist who has been helping my clients since 2009.  I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and Certificate in Pregnancy Massage from the Wellington School of Massage and a Certificate in Thai Massage from Bangkok.

My specialist expertise includes deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, trigger point, dry needling, myofacial release, stretching techniques, pregnancy and relaxation massage.

Prior to devoting my energy and passion into Healing Zone, I worked in a number of clinics in Wellington including the Ngaio Health Centre.

I love living in the coolest little capital in the world. In my spare time I enjoy walking the family dog Phoenix and keeping my children entertained.
